Minutes of the February 11,2014 Meeting
The Town Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 7:00
p.m. at the Municipal Building, The Pledge to the Flag was recited. Roll call was taken with council members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Tanya Smith. and Jim Moore and Attorney Henry Antonmi ,..'3S present. Council member Phyllis Lambert was absent. A motion was made by Jim Moore and seconded by Jim Hall to accept the minutes ofthe January meeting and financial report. The motion carried by voice vole
Resolution 2014~R2, a resolution concerning CEDIT \\,'3S read. A motion was made by Tanya and seconded by Jim Moore to pass said resolution. The motion carried by voice vote,
Ordinance 2014-3, A NUNC PRO TUNC ORDTNANCE, concerning the Town election was read onee in its entirety and by title A motion was made by Tanya and seeonded by Jim Hall to pass said ordinance. The motion carried by voice vote.
Jeremy Burch with Hannum, Wagle and Cline advised that the project is progressing. He presented 2 change orders. Change order #3 is an increase of $3,088.93 for repair of an unmarked underground power line. Change order #4 is [0 extend the date for final payment.
Leonard suggested that the Town use a snow blower to elear the sidewalks.
Mike Strader advised that one ofthe squad cars is dO\\-TI.
Don Klinge advised the Fairview VFD assisted Hillsdale with a fire. The roster is down to 17. He will get 2 quotes for plaeement of awnings over the doors, due to freezing of locks.
Sue advised that some water lines are frozen. They are ok tor now, but suggested bills be adjusted for customers leaving water running to keep from freezing.
Jim Snider commended the street crew for a great job. He asked ifthe TO\\-1l conld plow driveways for disabled people.
Leonard asked that the roads be plowed wider.
A motion was made by Jim Moore and seconded by Jim Hall to pay the Town claims in the amount of $14,27696, the water department claims in the amount of $74,421.42 and the wastewater elaims in the amount of $8,974.82. The motion carried by voiee vote.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. with a motion by Jim Hall and seeonded by Jim Moore. The motion carried by voice vote.

Minutes of the February 18,2014 Executive Meeting
The Town Council held an executive meeting on February 18,2014 at 6:15 p.m. at the town hall. Roll call was taken with council members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Tanya Smith, and Jim Moore present. Council member Phyllis Lambert was absent.
The Council received information classified as confidential by state or federal statute. The governing body certifies that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice.
The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. with a motion by Tanya Smith and seconded by Jim Hall. The motion earned by voice vote.

The Town Council held an executive meeting on February 25, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at the town hall. Roll call was taken with council members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Tonya Smith, and Jim Moore present. Council member Phyllis Lambert was absent.
The Council received information classified as confidential by state or federal statute. The governing body certifies that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice.

Minutes of the February 27, 2014 Special Meeting
The Town Council held a special meeting on February 27, 2014 at
6:30 p.m. at the town hall. Roll call was taken with council members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie and Jim Moore present. Council members Tonya Smith and Phyllis Lambert were absent.
A motion was made by Jim Moore and seconded by Jim Hall to enter into a contract with EAS for the operation of the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The motion carried by voice vote.
The meeting adjoumed at 6:35 p.m. with a motion by Jim Moore and seconded by Jim Hall. The motion carried by voice vote.
