                                          Minutes of the February 9th, 2021 Meeting

                  The Town Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday February 9th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building. The Pledge to the Flag was recited. Roll call was taken with council members Larry Natalie, Tonya Cox, Larry Wilson, and Jim Moore all present, Jim Hall and Attorney Henry Antonini was absent Attorney Scott Skillman filled in for Henry. A motion was made by Tonya Cox and seconded by Larry Wilson to accept the minutes of the January meeting and financial report. The motion carried by voice vote.
                  Tonya asked about the trailer on Davis St. Curtis said his department is looking into getting it cleaned up weather permitting.
                  Eagle Scout Lucas George had some paperwork for the board to sign to show that he had completed his project of the pagoda in the town’s park the board thanked him for all his hard work on the project.
                  Phillip Dabelow who owns property at 1230 W. Third St. is wanting to possibly split up his property and wanted to know what the towns regulations are for this, Jim Moore said the town does not have zoning however we do follow the county and state rules on right of ways, setbacks, Jim said for him to lay out his plans for the property and present them to the board to see and approve, Mr. Dabelow ask about getting a GIS map and marking it how he wants to divide his property and present that to the board, Larry ask about drainage on the property and Mr. Dabelow said he does not have any issues with it, the board said they would look into this matter and let him know at the next meeting in March, Mr. Dabelow said he would have a map ready for the meeting.
                  Tim Hastings came before the board to inform them that there is a possibility that the property at 128 Jackson St. is being looked at for single dwelling duplexes, right now he is in the process of cleaning up the property but wanted to let the board know of the possibility of this project, he said if this project does go forward he would be the builder and presented a map to the board to show what it could look like when the project was completed. Larry ask about the time line on this and was told five to six years, Tim said when it is all done there should be thirty two units. Larry said the town will need to check with HWC about the water and sewer lines to be sure they can handle the duplexes. Tim said he would have more information for the board in the months to come and would keep them informed.
                  A motion was made by Tonya Cox and seconded by Larry Wilson to pay the towns claims in the amount of $20,871.53 the water department claims in the amount of $19,116.63 with a transfer of $30,106.03 to Storm Water, the wastewater claims in the amount of $7,604.28 with the bond in the amount of $265,312.50 The motion carried by voice vote.
                  The meeting was adjourned at 8:10pm with a motion by Tonya Cox and seconded by Jim Moore, the motion carried by voice vote.
