was held on October 29th 2024, during that meeting Ordinance 2024-3 An Ordinance to Borrow
Funds from the Water Department to Sewer Department for the Town of Fairview Park was
read and again by title only, it was adopted at that time with a motion by Tonya Cox and

is located by his residence on Davis St.

big difference in the park to have those three trees removed.
Curtis announced that Mike Ray will be back to work for the town in a limited
capacity, he will primarily be patrolling the town.
Resident Debbie Leonard who lives on Lincoln St. asked the board if there is anything
it can do to get the property beside her cleaned up. Curtis said his department has been
watching the property for a while, he also mentioned that the property has new ownership and
the taxes have been paid. Debbie said the people who have been coming and going from there
have been putting things up against her fence and she’s afraid they are going to damage it,
Larry asked if there was still vehicles on the property Curtis said yes, Debbie said there are still
four in the back and the remains of the pool that still holds water there too. Curtis said what is
left of the pool will have to be removed before the vehicles can be removed. Henry said he
would check to see what the town can do to get this taken care of, Larry told Curtis to get with
Henry to see what can be done about this Larry also explained that it is not a fast process to get
legal rights to clean up properties.
