Fairview Park Town Council
            Meeting Minutes for November 9,2004

  The Town Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building. The Pledge to the Flag was recited. Roll call was taken with council members James Hall, Tonya Smith, David Crane and Norma Snedeker and our attorney Henry- Antonini present. Larry Natalie was absent.
  The minutes of the October meeting and financial report were approved with a motion by Norma and seconded by David. The motion carried by voice vote.
  Henry advised he would file a lawsuit on the Swan property after receiving the certified mail receipts.
  Mr. Blackmore was present and advised that he was trying to sell the vehicles in front and would try to get the balance of the property cleaned up within the next few weeks. Jane Tyler advised from the neighbors point of view they would like to see the vehicles, tires and trash removed. ,
  A complaint was received from Mike Kelley concerning the Richard Reed property at the Northwest corner of Second and Parke Streets. A certified letter will be sent to Mr.Reed. Joe Summers advised that the Reed property on Lincoln had been cleaned up. ',
  A council member will contact Brad Emmert and advise him to proceed with the installation of the dry well as proposed by HWC engineering. - Someone will talk with Lubovich concerning the sinking of 6'h street where the trenching took place.
  A motion was made by Jim and seconded by David to pay the Town claims in the amount of $23,476.87, the wastewater claims of $271,089.54 and the Water department claims in the amount of $7,923.61. The motion carried by voice vote.
   The meeting adjourned at 7:30,7.m. with a motion by Norma and seconded by David. The motion carried by voice vote.
