                     Minutes of the April 9, 2013 Meeting

         The Town Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday, April9, 2013 at 7:00p.m. at
the Municipal Building. The Pledge to the Flag was recited. Roll call was taken with council
members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Tanya Smith, and Jim Moore and Attorney Henry Antonini was present. Council member Phyllis Lambert was absent. A motion was made by Tanya and seconded by Jim Hall to accept the minutes of the March meeting and financial report. The motion carried by voice vote.
         Jim Hall advised that the installation of the merry-go-round will start tomorrow.
         Larry advised that the water project is on target.
         A resident complained of dogs running loose. The Marshal will take care of.
         It was decided to place an ad in the paper reminding residents not to let dogs run loose and of the burning ordinance.
         Tom Luft asked the Council for 60-90 days to relocate his goats. A motion was made
by Tanya and seconded by Jim Moore to grant said request. The motion carried by voice vote.
         Neil Costello complained of his neighbor burning trash. The Marshal is to be called if
happens again.
         Don also advised that the departments Chicken BBQ will be April 27th
         Leonard advised that there are asphalt scammers in the area.
        A motion was made by Tanya and seconded by Jim Hall to pay the Towm claims in the
amount of $11,715.42, the water department claims in the amount of $9,284.77 and the
wastewater claims in the amount of $10,910.63. The motion carried by voice vote.
        The meeting adjourned at 7:32p.m. with a motion by Tanya and seconded by Jim Hall.
The motion carried by voice vote.
