Minutes of the February 3, 2010 Executive Meeting
The Town Council held an executive meeting on February 3, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the town hall. Roll call was taken with council members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Jim Snider, David Crane and Jim Moore present.
The Council received information classified as confidential by state or federal statute. The governing body certifies that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m. with a motion by Jim Snider and seconded by Jim Hall. The motion carried by voice vote.

Minutes of the February 9, 2010 Meeting
The Town Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building. The Pledge to the Flag was recited. Roll call was taken with council members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Jim Snider, David Crane and Jim Moore and attorney Henry J. Antonini present. A motion was made by Jim Moore and seconded by David to accept the minutes of the January meeting, February executive meeting and financial report. The motion carried by voice vote.
Kristy Jerrel of WCIEDD is currently conducting the income survey for qualification of low to moderate income status.
Copies of Dana's golf cart ordinance were passed out to Council members to review.
Sue advised that she has requested information on the Magic Salt and the equipment that is needed for its use. Sue advised the Council of letters to be sent out to get water customers in compliance with tap and connection ordinances.
The 2010 Wastewater annual report was presented to the Council. A motion was made by Jim Hall and seconded by Jim Snider to accept the report. The motion carried by voice vote.
Jerry Thomas requested a break on an outstanding water/sewer bill for the house at 521 S. Towne. The prior resident left with a large bill owed. The Council will review the facts and advise Mr. Thomas.
Leonard Akers questioned the purchase of a used police car. There was discussion from the Council and residents.
Jim Moore advised that the Fire Department will be constructing BBQ pits at the park. Brian Laney advised that there had been a couple of garage break-ins lately.
A motion was made by Jim Snider and seconded by David to pay the Town claims in
the amount of $8,961.47, the water department claims in the amount of $10,096.33 and the
wastewater claims in the amount of $11,614.74. The motion carried by voice vote.
The meeting adjourned with a motion by David and seconded by Jim Moore. The
motion carried by voice vote.
