Minutes of the February 10, 2015 Executive Meeting
The Town Council held an executive meeting on February 10, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the town hall. Roll call was taken with council members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Tanya Smith, and Jim Moore present. Council member Phyllis Lambert was absent.
The governing body certifies that 110 subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subj ect matter specified in the public notice.
The meeting adjourned at 6:44 p.m. with a motion by Tanya Smith and seconded by Jim Moore. The motion carried by voice vote.

Minutes of the February 10,2015 Meeting
The Town Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 10. 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building. The Pledge to the Flag was recited . Roll call was taken with council members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Tonya Smith, Phyllis Lambert, Jim Moore and Attorney Henry Antonini were present. A motion was made by Tonya and seconded by Phyllis to accept the minutes ofthe Jan uary meeting and financial report . TIle motion carried by voice vote.
Don Klinge hasn't had a chance to get estima tes for the repair s needed at the old town hall.
Mike Kelley asked about weight limits for trucks especially alleys. The council advised that they were going to maintain the present limit as posted. Sue will order and post some addit ional weight limit signs.
Curtis Stoffel & Nick Hall met with USDA concerning a grant to purchase a new police vehicle. There would be a matching amount, but if the grant is received, they would have up to 5 years to come up with the match. A motion was made by Tonya and seconded by Jim Moore to allow Curt is Stoffel &/or Nick Hall, to pursue the USDA grant for a police vehicle. The motion carried by voice vote.
Resolutio n 20 15-2 A Resolution for Additional Appropriation was read. A motion was made by Jim Moore and seco nded by Phyll is to pas s said Resolution. The motion ca rried by voice vote .
Don Klinge advised of a mandatory upgrade to the radio system that would cost somewhere around $5,000. He asked for any financ ial assistance the Town could provide. He is also active ly pursuing any other avenues of funding.
Alice Kelley complained of neglected property on Parke just south of First Street. She advised that it is a fire hazard and could easily spread to nearby struc tures. TIle Council advised that they would pursue having the trailer condemned.
Mike Kelley advised ofwater line breaks on Second Street and would like to have that section of pipe replaced by PVC.
Leonard Akers advised of criminal mischievous on Railroad Street. He was advised
that the Police Department had been patroling.
Larry Beard expressed thanks for the stop sign at Third and Kibby. He advised that it had slowed the speeders
A motion was made by Phyllis and seconded by Tonya to pay the Town claims in the amount of
$10,303.97, the water department claims in the amount of$ 12,27 1.05 and the wastewater claims in the amount of $ I I,554.3 1. The motion ca rried by voice vote.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. with a motion by Tonya and seconded by Phyllis.
