                                Minutes of the March 10, 2015 Meeting



          The Town Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 7:00p.m.
at the Municipal Building. The Pledge to the Flag was recited. Roll call was taken with council
members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Tanya Smith, Phyllis Lambert and Jim Moore present.
Attorney Henry Antonini was absent. A motion was made by Jim Hall and seconded by Tanya
to accept the minutes of the February meeting and financial report. The motion carried by
voice vote.
         The weight limit signs have been delivered and will be put up after lines are marked.
Jim Hall advised that he had spoken with John Malone about the Parke St. nuisance
property. He also talked with 2 guys at the property that advised him they were looking at how
to remove the trailer.
         Phyllis requested that the police department put an article in the paper when break-ins
happen, so that the residents can be more observant.
         Leonard commended the Officers for doing a good job patrolling.
         2 new baby swings donated by Tanya and a new tennis net have been ordered. A new
slide has been purchased.
          Nick Hall requested that a new dusk to dawn light be installed at the park for safety
purposes. Leonard asked permission to till up the park area at the comer of Fourth and
Washington Streets and plant flowers. The Council approved and Tanya advised she would
plant the flowers.
          Nick Hall advised of a possibility of having a dinner at the Lions Club to raise funds
for radios. Neil Costello advised that he believed that the radios could be anywhere from
$1700 to $7000. There is not enough info at this time.
         A motion was made by Phyllis and seconded by Tanya to pay the Town claims in the
amount of $11,958.82, the water department claims in the amount of $11,166.78 and the
wastewater claims in the amount of $6,733.34. The motion carried by voice vote.
         The meeting adjourned at 7:46p.m. with a motion by Phyllis and seconded by Tanya
The motion carried by voice vote.
