SALARY ORDINANCE NO 2004-4
AN ORDINANCE SETTING SALARIES FOR ELECTED TOWN OFFICIALS, TOWN, WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITY EMPLOYEES UNDER IC 36-5-3-2 SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FAIRVIEW PARK, IN. THAT THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE IS HEREBY ADOPTED:
The following salaries are hereby fixed and paid to the Town Council, Clerk-Treasurer and Employees of the Town of Fairview Park and the Fairview Water mid Wastewater Utilities for the period commencing January 1, 2005 and ending December 31, 2005.
Section L It is hereby ordained that the Town Council, including the President of the Town Council, shall be paid $169.00 per month from the General Fund.
Section 2. It is hereby ordained that the Clerk-Treasurer shall be paid $613.00 per month from the General Fund and $275.63 from the Fairview Water Utility each month plus four weeks vacation pay and $260.00 front the Fairview Park Wastewater Utility each month.
Section 3. It is hereby ordained that the Town Marshal shall be paid $389.00 per month and the Deputy Marshal be paid $98.00 per month from the General Fund.
Section 4. It is hereby ordained that the Town Attorney shall be paid $195.00 per month from the General
Fund.
Section 5. It is hereby ordained that the Janitor shall be paid $169.00 per month from the General Fund.
Section 6. It is hereby ordained that the Street Commissioner shall be paid $328.00 per month from the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund.
Section 7. It is hereby ordained that the Part-time Town employees are paid hourly from the MVH Fund. The current employee John Wilds be paid $12.50 per hour and 10 days paid vacation and Kenneth Hensley Jr. be paid $9.40 per hour and 5 days paid vacation.
Section 8. It is hereby ordained that the Water Works Superintendent be paid $1,466.43 per month plus four weeks vacation pay from the Fairview Water Utility and $260.00 per month from the Wastewater Utility.
Section 9. It is hereby ordained that the part-time Collection Clerk be paid $715.11 per month plus four weeks vacation pay from the Fairview Water Utility and $260.00 per month from die Wastewater Utility.
Section 10. It is hereby ordained that the Part-time Water Utility employee John Wilds be paid $12.50 per hour plus 10 days paid vacation. Part-time Water Utility employee Kenneth Hensley Jr be paid $9.40 per hour plus 5 days paid vacation.

AN ORDINANCE SETTING SALARIES FOR ELECTED TOWN OFFICIALS, TOWN, WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITY EMPLOYEES UNDER IC 36-5-3-2 SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FAIRVIEW PARK, IN. THAT THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE IS HEREBY ADOPTED:
The following salaries are hereby fixed and paid to the Town Council, Clerk-Treasurer and Employees of the Town of Fairview Park and the Fairview Water and Wastewater Utilities for the period commencing January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2006.
Section 1. It is hereby ordained that the Town Council, including the President of the Town Council, shall be paid $174.00 per month from the General Fund.
Section 2. It is hereby ordained that the Clerk-Treasurer shall be paid $632.00 per month from the General Fund and $284.00 from the Fairview Water Utility each month plus four weeks vacation pay and $268.00 from the Fairview Park Wastewater Utility each month.
Section 3. It is hereby ordained that the Town Marshal shall be paid $401.00 per month and the Deputy Marshal be paid $101.00 per month from the General Fund.
Section 4. It is hereby ordained that the Town Attorney shall be paid $201.00 per month from the General
Fund.
Section 5. It is hereby ordained that the Janitor shall be paid $174.00 per month from the General Fund.
Section 6. It is hereby ordained that the Street Commissioner shall be paid $338.00 per month from the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund.
Section 7. It is hereby ordained that the Part-time Town employees are paid hourly from the MVH Fund. The current employee John Wilds be paid $12.88 per hour and 10 days paid vacation and Kenneth Hensley Jr. be paid $9.68 per hour and 6 days paid vacation.

Sections. It is hereby ordained that the Water Works Superintendent be paid $1,510.42 per month plus four weeks vacation pay from the Fairview Water Utility and $268.00 per month from the Wastewater Utility.
Section 9. It is hereby ordained that the Part-time Collection Clerk be paid $799.00 per month plus four weeks vacation pay from the Fairview Water Utility and $268.00 per month from the Wastewater Utility.
Section 10. It is hereby ordained that the Part-time Water Utility employee John Wilds be paid $12.88 per hour plus 10 days paid vacation. Part-time Water Utility employee Kenneth Hensley Jr be paid $9.68 per hour plus 6 days paid vacation.
