Minutes of the September 14, 2010 Meeting
The Town Council held their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building. The Pledge to the Flag was recited. Roll call was taken with council members Larry Natalie, Jim Snider, David Crane and Jim Moore and attorney Henry L. Antonini present. Councilmember Jim Hall was absent.
A motion was made by Jim Moore and seconded by Jim Snider to accept the minutes of the August meeting and financial report. The motion carried by voice vote. Larry advised that grants would be awarded on September 20.
Marshal Garver advised that he had tagged some vehicles with some being moved and others still to be moved. He also advised that he had contacted the Health Dept on some of the nuisance properties.
The 2011 Budget was reviewed and questions answered. A motion was made by David and seconded by Jim Moore to accept the budget as presented. The motion carried by voice vote.
Residents neighboring the David Wright property on Fulton Street complained of the condition of that property. Marshal Garver advised that he had contacted the owner about the grass, which has been mowed. He will contact the Health Dept and also tag the bus for removal. Fire Chief Jim Moore advised he would look at the property to see if there are any fire hazards. The property at 3rd & Kibby is in a Sheriff's sale.
A motion was made by Jim Snider and seconded by David to pay the Town claims in the amount of $15,521.21, the water department claims in the amount of $8,661.61 and the wastewater claims in the amount of $7,145.60. The motion carried by voice vote.
The meeting adjourned at 7:23 p.m. with a motion by David and seconded by Jim Snider. The motion carried by voice vote.

Minutes of the September 28, 2010 Executive Meeting
The Town Council held an executive meeting on September 28, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the town hall. Roll call was taken with council members Jim Hall, Larry Natalie, Jim Snider, David Crane and Jim Moore present.
The Council received information classified as confidential by state or federal statute. The governing body certifies that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice.
The meeting adjourned at 7:42 p.m. with a motion by Jim Snider and seconded by Jim Hall. The motion carried by voice vote.
